Below you will find a listing of our core and seasonal beers. We also distribute these cans and kegs to fine retailers and bars/restaurants across the southern portion of Wisconsin. We brew a lot of variety, which is not featured here, but we recommend you check the beer menus for an up-to-date draft list. Better yet, stop by and you will find something you like!
Hashtag Hazy

#hophausbrewing is committed to the #hazecraze. #hazy is hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe, and brewed with oats and wheat for a velvety smooth finish.

Magic Dragon
Double ipa, 8.2% abv
Brewed with three pounds of hops per barrel, this Double IPA serves up a mouthful of citrus. Plus, it’s made with bits of real dragon, so you know it’s good!

Sweet Sunglasses
blonde ale, 5.3% abv
Get ready for warmer days with this easy drinking, approachable and refreshing Blonde Ale. Crispness dominates in this lightly hopped, straw-colored ale. Some would call it a lawnmower beer, others a day drinking beer. Either way, grab your sweet sunglasses, get out of the house, and enjoy.

Plaid Panther
scotch ale, 8% abv
Comfortable in the woods yet dressed for any urban encounter. A sweet and smooth scotch ale with malty overtones. Tempting, seductive, persistent. You’ve been warned.

traditional German maibock, 6.5% abv
A traditional German Book, this lager is malty, slightly strong, and darn tasty! Historically Bock Bier is associated with special occasions, but you never need a reason to celebrate at Hop Haus!

Crushable ipa, 4.9% abv
Plenty of hop aroma without all that bit- terness. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Azacca & Mosaic hops for plenty of tropical fruit aroma. Truly an IPA you can crush all day long

All aboard!!! Additions of black malt create a dangerously drinkable dark beer without being overly menacing on your palate, while choice Citra and Cashmere hops add lush fruit and citrus aromas.

Hidden Stash

Hidden in plain sight. This stash contains select nuggets of Mosaic hops for that burst of juicy, sticky, hoppy-goodness. It's not subtle, and we like it that way!
